Because this isn’t just a pregnancy, it’s the beginning of everything.

Sessions that feels soft, flattering, and deeply personal, for the woman carrying this story, not just the bump.

This is for you if…

  • You want something natural and emotional, not stiff or overly posed

  • You’re not totally comfortable in front of the camera (and that scares you a bit)

  • You don’t know what to wear or how to “look good” right now

  • You want your partner included, but you’re worried it might feel awkward

  • You just want this to feel easy… and actually enjoyable

  • You love receiving a full gallery, not having to choose between 5 photos

You don’t have to have it all figured out. That’s what I’m here for.

A maternity session that feels like you

No pressure to perform. No expectation to "be photogenic." Just space to slow down for a moment, and really be in it.

I'll gently guide you the entire time, with simple prompts and natural movement, so nothing ever feels forced or uncomfortable. You won't be left wondering what to do with your hands or how to stand.

Most of my clients start their session saying "I'm so awkward in photos…"
And end it saying "That was actually… really easy."

What this experience looks like

We keep things simple and intentional. You choose the setting that feels most like you:

In-home session

Soft, intimate, and cozy. No commute, no strangers watching. Just your space, your light, and the real texture of this season of your life.

Outdoor session

Golden hour, open air, and the natural beauty of Montreal and the surrounding areas. Lush, warm, and timeless.

Before your session, I’ll help you with:

During your session:

  • We move at your pace, following the light and your energy

  • We focus on connection over perfection

  • Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.

A quick note about partners

They're always welcome, and gently guided too. No awkward posing. No pressure. Just real moments, captured in a way that feels natural.

And yes, even the "I don't like photos" partners end up enjoying it more than they expected.

The best timing to book your maternity session

I wrote a blog about this but the rule of thumb would be between weeks 28 and 35. It will depend on if this is your first pregnancy or subsequent, since the belly pops at different stages depending on the pregnancy. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable because I will ask you to move

Montreal Maternity Photo Sessions FAQs

When is the best time to book a maternity photoshoot in Montreal?

1

The ideal time for a maternity session is between 28 and 35 weeks. Your bump is beautifully round, and you’re usually still comfortable enough to move and enjoy the experience. It’s best to book during your second trimester to secure your date, but I have clients who book as soon as they find out of their pregnancy, everything is valid. Remember that the size of your bump will always depend on wether it is your first or subsequent pregnancy, you know your body more than anyone. the most important thing is that you are comfortable.

Where do maternity sessions take place?

2

Maternity sessions take place either outdoors at a scenic Montreal location or in the comfort of your home for a cozy, lifestyle feel. We’ll choose a setting that reflects your personality and the story you want to tell.

What should I wear for my maternity photoshoot?

3

Flowy dresses, fitted gowns that highlight your bump, soft neutrals, and timeless textures photograph beautifully. I’ll guide you on what works best and help coordinate outfits if your partner or children are joining. But in the meantime I have a super complete guide you can read HERE.

Can my partner or children be included?

4

Absolutely. Your maternity session is about this chapter of your family’s story. Partners and siblings are always welcome, we’ll capture both intimate portraits and connection-focused family moments.

I’ve been there, mama. Almost every woman feels this way. I’ll gently guide you with natural, flattering poses and movement so you feel beautiful and at ease. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about honouring this season.

I don’t feel confident right now. Will you help with posing?
