Join Jen Blanco and Maria Paps for a cozy brunch & workshop on May 2nd, a space to slow down, connect, and see your everyday moments differently. Basically the perfect Mother’s Day gift to yourself.
You’ll get a simple, behind-the-scenes look at how Jen captures real family moments, and leave with tools you can actually use to photograph your own life.
There will be a delicious brunch, meaningful activities with your little one(s), and a chance to meet other moms who get it.
After the event, you’ll receive The Heart Lens Method (Part I), so you can come back to it anytime, valued at $45.
The workshop will be held in English, but all moms are welcome. We’re creating a space that feels diverse, inclusive, and rich in connection.

An inside look into how Jen photographs real moments; light, movement, connection. You’ll also have a chance to be photographed with your child.
Group B: Flower Workshop & Card Making
Create a simple, beautiful bouquet and a heartfelt Mother’s Day card with your little one, a moment to slow down and enjoy together.

Jen blanco
Venezuelan mom of two, wife, and the heart behind Jen Blanco Photography. A former art director turned photographer, she’s deeply connected to the emotional side of motherhood. Her work is rooted in preserving the feeling of this season of life, while gently guiding moms to step in front of the camera, so they’re not missing from the memories they’re creating.
She loves making people laugh, a good guacamole, and creating meaningful family traditions. When she’s not behind the lens, you’ll find her dancing in the kitchen with her family, listening to a great podcast, or enjoying a slow moment with her husband.
Having lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she also hosted a women’s community while working in advertising (Ladies, Wine & Design by Jessica Walsh). That experience deepened her love for building community and creating spaces where women can connect, support one another, and grow together.

The Educator & Heart Behind the Community
A Montreal mom of three with proud Greek roots, Maria is a passionate language professor who discovered a new calling when she stepped into motherhood in 2020. What began as a personal journey quickly turned into a mission: to inspire, educate, and connect with a community of mamas in the most raw and honest ways.
During her five-year maternity leave, Maria became a lifeline for local moms—creating everything from "Mommy & Me" sensory classes to "Monday Momday" meetups, ensuring every mother she met felt seen, heard, and understood. Now back in the classroom part-time, she navigates the balance of professional life and her soul-work as a stay-at-home mom.
Maria is a firm believer that "balance" isn't a destination, but a daily practice of finding magic in the chaos. She is a lover of meticulously planned events, "girly dates" with her daughters, and the simplicity of a Friday night in with her husband. Through her workshops and digital space, Maria reminds us all to cherish the little things—because, in the end, they truly are the big things.

Not at all. While it’s especially meaningful in the first year, this is for any mom who wants to capture her life more intentionally. The activities will be especially fun for older kids.

This isn’t about perfect behaviour or posed moments. Jen will guide you through working with your child exactly as they are. -

If you bring your child, you’ll be able to practice and be photographed together. If not, you’ll still learn everything and be part of the experience. -
